Bridget Strong
Bridget Strong helps individuals, groups and organisations find their own voice. She assists them to discover and formulate their own messages, communicate these messages clearly and convincingly and listen carefully and actively to internal and external stakeholders and clients.

Bridget has extensive experience as an executive business coach and facilitator in the European arena in English, German and Spanish. To date she has worked with heads of finance, IT, manufacturing and packaging sectors to develop leadership and communication skills. Bridget has designed and facilitated a wide range of training programmes including:
Coaching as a management style
Conflict resolution
Developing personal effectiveness and impact
Influencing and persuading
Managing employee performance
Additionally she has developed and managed sales teams in the retail sector in the UK, managed teams in the tourism sector in England and France and developed and managed teams in training and coaching projects in Germany and Spain. Bridget has considerable experience with multicultural groups from all over the world in her work with international business schools and global public organisations. She supervises coaches and trainee coaches.
Bridget believes it is essential to focus on both the tangible short term benefits of improving day to day professional functioning and the translation of strategic thinking and visioning into quantifiable and measurable medium and long term results. Helping her clients to communicate more authentically, more congruently and more effectively by challenging and supporting them with a wide range of traditional and innovative strategies and tools is her forte.

Current Professional Affiliations
- Initiator and founding member of Exploring Supervision: an Action Learning Group exploring coaching supervision. This group was initially part of a partly European Social Funded project at the University of Bath in Swindon (Jan 2007 – Dec 2007) exploring supervision and giving supervision to trainee coaches and mentors. The group has now extended into the South West forming a second affiliated group in Somerset.
- Reflective Practitioner Group: A regular meeting of experienced coaches and facilitators since 2006.
- A founder member of the British Psychological Society’s Special Group in Coaching Psychology since 1994.
- Member of the international Coaching Federation since 2001.
